Our Team

Sarah has held a range of roles within The Heath Family Trust, including headteacher, executive headteacher and director of primary schools, and is now director of education.

Sarah has more than 30 years’ experience in education, predominantly in leadership roles in the primary sector.

Alongside her work at The Heath Family Trust, Sarah has supported local authority schools in Sefton as a local leader of education. She is currently chair of governors at a special school and a governor at a secondary school in Lancashire.

Sarah is also an Ofsted inspector, inspecting schools across the North West region.

Sarah holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA), a level 7 qualification in leadership, a level 5 qualification in coaching and mentoring, NPQH and NPQEL.
