Our Team

Lucie's role involves managing and developing the data systems used across a multi-school trust, helping schools collect, analyse and use data to improve pupil outcomes.

Alongside producing reports and Power BI dashboards for senior leaders, she supports school data managers, oversees systems such as Bromcom, FFT, and Sisra, and ensures data relating to achievement, attendance, behaviour and safeguarding is accurate and meaningful.

Working closely with executive leaders, she helps design and improve data processes, enabling schools to make informed decisions and raise standards across the trust.
