Luke Proudfoot
HR Assistant
Supports the Director of HR and the HR Officer. First level advice for HR queries and co-ordinates and provides a high level of service throughout the employee life cycle through recruitment, pre-employment checks, contracts, and absence management.
Luke is CIPD qualified to Level 5 and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and keen to develop his HR career in an Education setting. An experienced HR Administrator in the private sector, logistics and the Cheshire Constabulary Police. Also qualified BSc Sport and Exercise Psychology, Luke has an avid interest in sports and exercise.
